Jem Architecturals Inc. has been providing quality service in the architectural metal and glass/glazing field for over 36 years in the New York City Metro Area.  Our expertise is in fabrication and installation of low-rise curtain wall systems, storefronts, exterior facades, point supported glass, interior glass and glazing systems, architectural metals, welding, aluminum panel systems, canopies, custom ornamental metal and glass systems. Jem Architecturals fabricates the majority of our own materials in our 26,000/sqft fabrication facility which utilizes computer operated CNC fabrication equipment. We also have an additional 1,600/sqft facility for any overflow fabrication needs or material storage. We fabricate our

high-end architectural metalwork on premises using computerized sheering, bending and folding equipment. We also do all our laser welding, polishing and most finishing in our shop. All of our fabricated materials are delivered to site on our own trucks to ensure on time deliveries as the project requires.

John Kis is the President and Owner of Jem Architecturals, Inc. John started in this industry as a union glazier and had a vision to take his knowledge and start his own business over 36 years ago. His leadership speaks for itself in the quality of work that Jem produces confirmed by our satisfied clients.

Experience

 Our Estimating and Project managing team has well over 30 years’ experience.  We are a Union shop with memberships in Local 580 Ironworkers, Local 1087 Glaziers, Local 608 Carpenters and Local 282 Teamsters.  With our skilled Union Employees, we provide excellent craftsmanship in a timely fashion.  Our customer’s needs always come first and are treated with the highest regard.
